She looks like an RPG character gone wrong, and I think she's a bit too...fan-character-esque. The other VOCALOID2 characters have something 'different' about them...she's generic :/

I think an UTAU might have blinding green hair. I can't for the life of me remeber any UTAU names other than Teto's though.

Oh. Her object thing is 'Frozen Tuna'. (Possibly. No idea where it came from mind.) [link]
